Nylon 6 Granules & Compounds
Nylon 6 is synthesized byring-opening polymerization of caprolactam. It is also called as Polycaprolactam , Polyamide or PA 6. Caprolactam has 6 carbon atoms in its chemical structure, hence 'Nylon 6' . It is a semi-crystalline polyamide and has good weldability. It is used in injection molding, blowmoulding and extrusion.
We can reinforce Nylon with glass fibers, glass beads, and carbon fibers to improve their mechanical and thermal performance. Filled materials containing PTFE and molybdenum disulphide are available for bearing materials with appropriately low friction and improved wear. Nylon 6 is used in applications where toughness, lubricity, and wear are important, such as gear wheels.
Our Compounding Solution Include:-
